Sample — Bir Billing Paragliding
Takeoff at Billing, landing at Bir. Fifteen to twenty minutes in the air, and the drive up is included. Certified pilot, one passenger.

Chambres
Six bunks, six lockers, and a drying rack that actually works — which after a wet descent from Kheerganga is the thing you will care about. Boots come off at the door and go on the rack. Lockers take a padlock; we keep spares at the desk. This is the cheapest bed in Kasol that is warm, dry and honest about what it is.
A private twin for two people who want to be asleep by nine and gone by five. Enough floor for two packs open at once, which the bunkroom does not have. Hot water runs from six in the morning, before anybody else is up. Breakfast can be brought forward if you tell us at dinner.
A permanent canvas tent on a wooden platform, ten metres from the water. Not a bedroom with a view of the river — a bed inside the sound of it. April to October only; it comes down before the first snow. Two camp beds, proper mattresses, a lantern and nothing else. Bathrooms are the shared block, thirty seconds up the path.

Kasol, Himachal Pradesh
Kasol sits in the Parvati valley at 1,640 m, an hour past Bhuntar, on a river loud enough to hear from anywhere in the village. It has been a trekking town for decades — Kheerganga's hot spring is the classic walk, Malana the strange one, Manikaran's gurudwara and hot springs four kilometres down. The season runs March to November; July and August are green and wet, and the shoulder months are when the trails are best.
The last 800 m to us is on foot from the Kasol bus stand — send a message and somebody will come down for your pack.

Je suis Vikrant, et je guide dans la vallée de Parvati depuis quinze ans. Basecamp n'est pas une station balnéaire — c'est un endroit pour bien dormir, manger énormément, sécher vos bottes et repartir au premier jour. Nous effectuons des randonnées guidées jusqu'à Kheerganga et Sar Pass, des journées de bloc sur la rivière et du rafting lorsque l'eau est bonne.
